Hide Record Template from a Stage in Process Navigation

A toggle has now been added to stage record templates, giving users the ability to make a record template visible or not in a stage within process navigation. Turning the toggle off in the template will make it hidden within a stage in the process navigation, however the record still belongs to the stage and follows stage privileges. 

Note: To engage this feature, users must have admin access to the configuration portal for their tenant. 

Navigate to a process template in the configuration portal and select the desired stage.

Click the stage to display the stage menu options in the right-side panel and select the Records tab to display a list of all records found in the selected stage.

Expand the desired record to display a list of options related to the record within the selected stage. The new option available is at the bottom of the expanded card, “Visible In Process Navigation.” Enabling this feature will allow the record template to be seen from the process navigation panel. Disabling it will hide the record template from the panel.
