Applied Properties - Add/Remove Conditions

Properties, and their measured conditions, are used to show characteristics of a certain material within Alchemy. After being created, these property records are applied to the system and made active for use in production. 

Expanded functionality in the Property record now allows users to add or remove conditions from an applied property, similar to the way changes to expressions for calculating values in the Tests table can currently be made. This new capability will allow for seamless updates to be made to these records as the needs of testing change over time.
