New Features
1. Out-of-the-box Spider Chart
1. Out-of-the-box Spider Chart
As part of the Study Visualisations component, where you can find out-of-the-box visualizations for correlation between calculated and tested properties and their conditions (under which the measurements were performed) for all trials inside the formulating & testing workspace, there is a new type of chart - the spider (also called radar) chart.
It will be displayed if a property has at least one varying condition that has predefined values that share the same scale (e.g. when measuring opacity on several different substrates: wood, glass, steel, plastic). Selected values for that varying condition will be used for defining the spider’s legs (axes) and each trial will be displayed as a separate area.
See image below.
Other Improvements
Our UI better communicates when actions are happening in the background. For example when you add a new material to the Formulations table or delete a property that you do not want to measure, an animation as well as a toaster message will appear explaining what is happening.
Scan & Score functionality is now available even if you did not define all the required fields for your targets. Scan & Score will generate results for what is defined inside the targets.
Beside this, we resolved several issues, when:
- Not being able to update condition values for properties that you are measuring for any other trial but the first one
- Not displaying the correct order of properties inside the test method when it is added to the formulating & testing workspace
- Updating the target weight field after the Scaling is performed and “Apply scaling on Target weight” option is selected
- Updating the weight unit inside the “Settings” modal and not triggering the correct unit-conversion recollections
