Predefined Views by your Admin can not be edited. Only Views from the My Views section can be edited. However, Predefined Views can be cloned and then edited. To clone a View, check this link.
1. When you are in the Grid, Board, Scatter, Bar or Heatmap tab, click on Data.
2. From Data you can choose/change Starting data, Add Columns that you need (for more details check How to pull more data in the View), apply Filters (for more details check How to apply filters on data in a View), Group data (for more details check How to group data in a View) and add Visualization (for more details check How to visualize data in a View)
