How to Add Fields to Material Search in Workspace

Purpose: 

This guide outlines the process for improving selection precision in trials by integrating extra material metadata into the chart, aiding in making more informed decisions about material selection.

Instructions: 

  1. In the configuration portal, ensure all fields you want in the table are reportable.

  1. Navigate to the formulation record and perform the following actions
  1. Click on the "Table Material Reference" Field 
  2. Click on "referenced record templates." 
  3. Select items you want in search in this case, CAS Number

  1. Go back to the home screen and perform the following actions
  1. Go to Home
  2. Publish changes
  3. Back propagate the changes

  1. The table will be updated with the desired fields in the search results.
