Predefined Views by your Admin can not be grouped. Only Views from the My Views section can be grouped.

1. Data in the View can be grouped by values of any column from the table. Click on the “Group By” button. Group By Menu will appear on the right side.

2. Click on the “Select Column” to open the dropdown menu. Only columns added in the view will be available.

3. Select the desired column. All data in the first column will be grouped by the values of the selected column. Number of items in each group will be stated by the number in the parenthesis.

4. All groups in the View can be expanded. Click on the “Group By” button. Group By Menu will open on the right side. Click on the “Expand all” button.

5. Close all the expanded groups by clicking on the “Collapse all” button in the Group By Menu.

6. Click on the arrow on the left side of the group name to expand/collapse a specific group.

7. Groups of data in the View can be sorted. By default it is set to “None”. Click on the “Group By'' button. Group By Menu will appear. Choose “Ascending” or “Descending”. Groups of data will be sorted alphabetically by the chosen order.

8. Grouped data in the view can be further grouped in subgroups. Click on the “Group By” button. In the Group By Menu, click on the “Add group” button. New group will be created. Select column for further grouping of the data.

9. Unwanted grouping can be removed.  Click on the “Group By'' button. In the Group By Menu, hover over the unwanted group. Click on the “Delete” icon which will appear.
