1. Click on the blue letters that are in the field of interest
2. A linked record will open in the pop-up window
3. Pop-up window can be closed on “X”
4. Additional options for record opened in the pop-up window are available under 3 vertical dots
5. To open process where record is created, click on the 3 vertical dots and choose View in Process
6. To open only a record, click on the 3 vertical dots and choose View Standalone Record
