How to create a New View?

1. Click on the “+” icon in the My View section of the left-side menu.

2. Blank View will appear. Choose the Starting Data from the dropdown menu.

3. Select which type of data you want to display in the View. Data can be related to Activities, Tasks, Processes or Records.

4. A specific Process or Record Template can be selected. To find it easily, click on the Process or Record tab in the dropdown to display all available Process Templates or Record Templates.

Upon selection of Starting data, View will be filled with the chosen data listed in the first column. Click on “X” to close the Starting Data dropdown.

Starting Data can be changed at any moment by clicking on the Starting Data button.
