How to add other data in the View?

Predefined Views by your Admin can not be edited. Only Views from the My Views section can be edited.

Additional Information related to Stages of the process, Tasks of the process, other records located in the same process or different process can be added to a View.

1. Click on Add/Remove Columns Icon. It will open on the right side of the View.

2. Additional data is available by clicking on the arrow and expanding desired section.

3. Click on the arrow “Stages”. It will expand and show all Stages of the process. Each Stage can be further expanded by clicking on the arrow of a specific Stage. System Data related to the selected Stage can be added to the View by selecting the desired checkbox.

4. Click on the arrow “Records”. It will  show all records of that process. Each record can be further expanded by clicking on the arrow if a specific record. Any field from the selected record, or any system data related to that record can be added by selecting the desired checkbox.

5. In addition, if there is a record or process related to the expanded record, it can be further expanded by clicking on “Show More”. Depending on the connected data, the chosen record or process can be expanded further by clicking on arrows. Selecting the desired checkbox will add that data in the View.

6. Click on the arrow “Tasks”. It will show checkboxes of all Task related data. Click on the desired checkbox to add that data in the View.

7. Click on the arrow “Related Records” to expand. It will show records from other processes that are referenced to the records selected in the view. Click on the arrow to expand the desired Related Record further. Click on the checkbox to add desired data in the View.
