Reset Password

Purpose

This guide outlines how to reset the login password of a user’s account.

Reset Password

1. Navigate to the user login portal and select Email as the sign in option.

2. Enter the email address associated with the account and click Next.

3. Click Forgot password? below the password field

4. Re-enter the user email address and click Send Me Reset Link.

5. Open the email from Alchemy and click Set Password.

6. Following the listed criteria on the page, enter and confirm the password. If all criteria have been met, click Set Password.
