Purpose
This guide outlines how to void an existing process. Voiding a process will keep all previously entered information in the records, however the process will no longer have an active status. Once voided, the process can no longer be resumed at a later date.
Note: Process status can only be changed if the user has the appropriate privileges in the system. Please contact your IT Administrator or CS support for more information.
Instructions
- Select the desired process from the Assignments page.

- From the Process panel, click the menu icon and select Void.

- The Void confirmation modal appears with a list of all actions that will occur if the process is voided.

- Click the Void button.
- Modal closes and the status of the process changes to Voided in the Process panel.
