Follow/Unfollow a Process

Purpose

This guide outlines how to follow or unfollow a process. Following a process will enable system and email notifications.

Note: Receiving notifications is dependent on the settings applied by the user in the system. 

Instructions

1. Select the desired process from the Assignments page.

2. In the process panel, there is a star icon to the right of the process name.

3. Click the star icon to follow the process and enable notifications.

Note: If you create a new process, the follow feature will be enabled automatically.

1. To unfollow a process, click the star icon to disable the feature.
