Restart a Process Put On Hold

Purpose

This guide outlines how to restart an existing process put on hold and update the status. 

Note: Process status can only be changed if the user has the appropriate privileges in the system. Please contact your IT Administrator or CS support for more information.

Instructions

1. Select the desired process from the Assignments page.

2. From the Process panel, click the menu icon and select Restart Process.

3. The Restart Process confirmation modal appears.

4. Click the Restart button.
5. Modal closes and the status of the process changes to Active in the Process panel.
