Purpose
This guide outlines how steps to take when a user is trying to troubleshoot the invalid status of a record.
Instructions
- Ensure all required fields are filled in.
- Required fields are outlined in red and have an asterisk next to the field name.
- Review all numeric fields, if applicable, for any inputs that could cause calculation errors. For example:
- A numeric field that is being used to divide the value of another field may not have an input of zero.
- Fields with decimal numbers must be entered with a dot (.) rather than a comma (,).
- Ensure all fields have the correct input for the field type.
- E.g., No letters being used in numeric fields.
