Clone Rows in Compare View

Purpose

This guide outlines how to clone rows in the Compare view.

Note: This functionality is only available if the user has Edit privileges for the records shown in Compare.

Instructions

1. From the Grouped By dropdown, select Row.

2. Navigate to the desired row and click the Options icon in the top right corner of the cell. Select Clone Row.

3. The cloned row is added to all records displayed in the Compare view with editable fields.

Note: Fields in the new row are only editable if the record is not locked. Otherwise, a lock icon will appear in the field when hovering over the row.
